We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in .NET and Angular to join a remote team building industry-leading software for the security services sector. The platform serves as an all-in-one solution for security guard companies, offering tools for operations, sales, and HR management.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with at least 6 hours of required overlap during US business hours. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in fullstack development and is confident delivering high-quality web applications in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET (C#) and Angular
● Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to implement new features and improve existing ones
● Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
● Troubleshoot issues, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the platform's stability and scalability

Requirements
● Proven experience (at least 3+ years) in fullstack development with .NET and Angular
● Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, client-server architecture, and modern web development patterns
● Familiarity with Git and agile development processes
● Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
● Must be available for at least 6 hours of overlap with US timezones

Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms
● Background in service-based or operations-focused industries
● Previous experience working on remote teams
