Job Description:

The Plant Manager will lead all plant operations to deliver world-class products, manufacturing solutions, and exceptional service support to customers. This role will focus on continuous improvement strategies to enhance plant performance, ensuring satisfaction across stakeholders, including customers, shareholders, employees, and the community.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute key operational strategies to meet business goals, including productivity optimization, quality enhancement, and cost reduction.
● Implement plant best practices, Kaizen, automation, and business system integration to achieve operational excellence.
● Lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure full compliance with customer requirements.
● Collaborate with regional Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Engineering leaders for demand planning, customer engagement, and product strategy.
● Oversee manufacturing solutions for new product launches to support growth pipelines.
● Maintain top-tier environmental, health, and safety standards within the plant.
● Build and retain skilled talent to support long-term growth.
● Foster a workplace environment aligned with the company's core values, mission, and purpose.
● Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Automation, or Engineering; Master’s degree (Science/Engineering/MBA) preferred.
● Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
● 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations at multinational companies, including 10+ years in key managerial roles.
● Proven track record of success in operations, supply chain, quality, product development, or engineering.
● Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
● Strong work ethic, resilience, and readiness to take on challenges beyond the comfort zone.
● Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and participate in regional travel for supplier and customer engagements.
