findfolks is hiring on behalf of a UK-based managed services provider supporting small and mid-sized businesses with cloud tech. As they expand their remote team, they’re looking for tech-savvy professionals to join their frontline support function.
This fully remote role is ideal for those with strong written English and experience in IT help desk, SaaS support, or service desk environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer support tickets, emails, and live chats
Assist with SaaS troubleshooting, account access, and device setup (Windows/macOS)
Escalate technical issues to 2nd-line engineers as needed
Maintain accurate support logs in Freshdesk/Zendesk
Meet performance targets and deliver excellent customer experiences
About You:
Fluent in written and spoken English
1+ year in IT help desk, SaaS, or e-commerce support
Familiar with Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365
Detail-oriented and customer-focused
Available full-time (Monday–Friday, UK hours)
Reliable internet and quiet home setup
Security Requirements:
A Basic DBS check is required (we accept one issued within the last 3 months).
