close collaborations with architects and designers. They specialise in high-quality,
customisable furniture and have earned a strong reputation for thoughtful design and
seamless project delivery. As they enter a new phase of rapid growth, they’re seeking a
talented Sales Representative to join their team.

About the Role
The Sales Representative will build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the
architecture and design sectors. You will be the primary point of contact between the
company and its clients, ensuring products meet project needs and customers receive
excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors,
and other key decision-makers
Develop and implement strategies tailored to clients’ specific needs
Provide personalised service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty

Product Promotion and Sales

Present and demonstrate the company’s products, highlighting features, benefits,
and competitive advantages
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective and existing clients
Negotiate sales terms and agreements

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
Analyse competitors’ offerings to position products effectively
Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and design innovations

Project Management

Collaborate with project teams to ensure product specifications meet requirements
Oversee project implementation to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
Provide technical support and advice throughout the project lifecycle

Networking and Business Development

Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and
expand the client base
Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share
Identify potential leads and convert them into long-term clients

Reporting and Documentation

Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project
details

Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets

Training and Education

Educate clients on new products, materials, and design trends
Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on product applications
and specifications

Collaboration with Internal Teams

Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to align offerings with client needs
Provide client feedback to improve products and services

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, business, or related field preferred
Previous sales experience, ideally within architecture, design, or interiors
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong technical knowledge of architectural and design principles, materials, and
construction processes
Effective negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to build and maintain a professional network within the industry
