Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale our dynamic sales team. This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines, offering a competitive base salary with uncapped commission and quarterly incentives. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, coaching a high-performing team, and collaborating closely with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion.
What You’ll Do
Lead, manage, and inspire a sales team of 10-20+ direct reports to consistently exceed targets
Develop and implement scalable sales strategies that drive measurable revenue growth
Coach and mentor salespeople to maximize their potential and performance
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts, focusing on Facebook and Google lead-generation campaigns
Manage full sales cycles from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies to optimize team performance
Travel internationally as required to support business growth and client relationships
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record of top sales performance with verifiable achievements (awards, performance dashboards, etc.)
Strong drive for commission and incentive-based earnings
Experience managing and scaling sales teams of 10-20+ members
Demonstrated ability to develop, coach, and lead sales professionals
Solid B2C sales background with a focus on direct-to-consumer markets (not B2B)
Experience working with marketing teams and managing conversion-focused campaigns on Facebook and Google
Full-cycle project management experience is a plus
Comfortable with international travel
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3-5 years in sales management with a proven ability to drive revenue growth
Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, especially Facebook and Google Ads for lead generation
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage self-directed tax payments
Familiarity with CRM and sales analytics tools
