As the IT Sales Closer, you will be responsible for driving new business by connecting
companies in need of software development with our expert development team.
Your primary role is to understand client needs, position our software outsourcing services
effectively, and close deals that lead to long-term partnerships. This is a key role that requires
expertise in technical sales, understanding of software development, and the ability to
communicate the value of outsourcing

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads that require custom software development, with a focus on
companies seeking outsourcing solutions.

Use CRM tools to manage sales pipelines, track prospects, and optimize conversion
rates.

Understand client needs, pain points, and project requirements, and develop services as
the best solution.

Draft and present tailored proposals and quotes that align with client goals and budgets.

Negotiate terms and close deals that contribute to company growth, focusing on long-term partnerships.

Leverage platforms like Upwork and other sales channels to generate business opportunities.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handoff and client
satisfaction post-sale.

Requirements:
Proven experience in closing deals within the software development or IT outsourcing industry.

Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, enabling effective communication of technical solutions to non-technical clients.

Strong skills in drafting and delivering persuasive proposals and sales pitches tailored to
client needs.

Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with a focus on closing deals that
benefit both the client and the company.

Experience with CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline and track performance.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and independently drive results.
