We are seeking a First Party Collector to join our team in Spain. This role involves providing financial support by collecting monies. The position requires a strong background in collections and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Review open accounts for collection efforts.
Conduct and manage collection calls to collect Accounts Receivables.
Meet outbound notation and call goals monthly.
Process payments and develop customer relationships.
Maintain accurate collection files and follow up on payment arrangements.
Provide timely updates and manage customer interactions effectively.

Qualifications
Previous experience in credit or collections is preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle and other credit software.
Effective business writing and professional communication skills.
Proven customer service skills with experience interacting with a large customer base.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
