Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative who is fluent in German, English, and Spanish at a B2 level. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multilingual environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, working closely with medical professionals and sales representatives while managing all customer service-related activities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Provide personalized support through phone and electronic channels, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
Information Management: Collect and evaluate data to address product inquiries accurately, offering precise pricing and delivery details.
Account Management: Conduct customer verifications, set up new accounts, and process orders with attention to detail. Manage customer accounts, confirm pricing structures, and maintain databases.
Workflow Optimization: Organize tasks to meet deadlines and escalate unresolved issues to internal resources.
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure cohesive operations and superior customer service.

Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
4–6 years of relevant experience OR
Associate degree with 2–4 years of experience OR
Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with integrated systems like SAP.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Adaptability and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Knowledge
Knowledge of ophthalmology or medical devices is beneficial.
B2 Level in German, English, and Spanish is required.
